Privacy policy
Protecting your data is product feature number one at TischNow. This policy describes how we process personal data on our website and in the service - GDPR compliant and with no US services in the data path.
Controller
For this website and for account/billing data, Pixel & Process UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the controller. For the venues’ guest data we are the processor (Art. 28 GDPR); the venues are the controllers.
Hosting in Germany
The service is hosted exclusively at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (servers & object storage). No Google Fonts, no Google Maps and no US CDNs are loaded in the guest path.
Subprocessors (all EU)
Hetzner (DE, hosting), Stripe Payments Europe (IE, billing), EU mail provider (FR/DE), OpenAI EU endpoint with Zero Data Retention or Mistral AI (EU/FR, AI).
Web analytics
We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics - cookieless and without personal tracking. There is no Google Analytics and no US tracking.
Privacy by design
Booking without an account, minimal required fields, field-level encryption of contact data with a blind index, automatic anonymization (guest profiles after inactivity, call audio after 30 days, audit logs after 12 months).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Export (JSON/CSV) and deletion per guest are implemented as a self-service feature.
