Terms of service

1. Scope

The services are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (hospitality businesses).

2. Contract terms

There are three terms: Flexible (cancellable monthly), 12 months and 24 months. The 24-month term is billed annually. The term discount is voluntary - the flexible option always remains available.

3. Modules & billing

Modules are prorated when added and run out at the end of the period when cancelled. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.

4. Usage-based items

Any usage-based items are billed based on usage and shown transparently in advance.

5. Trial

30 days of the full feature set without a credit card. Without payment details the account switches to read-only mode after expiry.

6. Customer obligations

The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the guest data processed (controller under the GDPR). TischNow provides text blocks for privacy notices.

7. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
