Questions about pricing & terms
Can I switch between terms?
Upwards (Flexible → 12 → 24 months) anytime, the discount applies from the next period. Downwards at the end of the term.
Do I have to commit?
No - the flexible option always stays bookable. The term discount is a reward, not a constraint. Unlike providers with a 12-month minimum term.
How does migration work?
CSV or API import from Quandoo, OpenTable, resmio and Tablario - usually within 24 hours, including phone number porting.
Can I pause seasonally?
Yes. Instead of cancelling we offer a seasonal pause at half price - ideal for seasonal venues.
Where is the data stored?
In Germany at Hetzner. No US services in the data path, no Google Fonts, no Google Maps.
