AI transparency & EU AI Act

TischNow implements the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act. Digital assistant features fall under Art. 50 (transparency obligation) - they are not a high-risk system.

Disclosure (Article 50)

At the start of every call or chat the system announces itself as a “digital assistant”. This announcement is mandatory and cannot be switched off.

Not a high-risk application

There is no biometric identification and no scoring of individuals. The classification is documented.

No training on customer data

We do not train on customer data. The model providers work under a Zero Data Retention agreement in the EU.

Human escalation

A handoff to a human is guaranteed at any time (handoff path).

DPIA

For automated processing a data protection impact assessment is carried out before launch where required.
