Do I have to commit to a contract?
No. The flexible option is always cancellable monthly. The 12- and 24-month terms are a discount, not a lock-in - you decide.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial runs with the full feature set and no payment details.
Can I switch modules on or off later?
Yes, anytime. New modules are prorated, cancelled ones run out at the end of the period.
Can I pause my venue seasonally?
Yes. For beer gardens, beach bars and ski lodges we offer a seasonal pause instead of cancellation.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in Germany at Hetzner. No Google Fonts, no Google Maps, no US services in the data path.
